Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the BitsImages website and accessing the stock images, videos and other products provided. These Terms govern your use of the Website and the services offered by BitsImages. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. By uploading any ProductType to BitsImages, you agree that once the ProductType is approved, you will receive a payment of 10 Pakistani Rupees for that ProductType.

2. Upon approval and payment, the ownership and rights of the ProductType will be transferred to BitsImages. You acknowledge that you will no longer have any claim or control over the ProductType.

3. One of the stipulated terms and conditions at BitsImages ensures that every esteemed contributor is awarded a remarkable 20% sale commission on each and every successful sale. This signifies that whenever a valued customer purchases and downloads your meticulously crafted products, you shall be duly rewarded with a substantial commission as an expression of our appreciation for your exceptional creative contributions.

4. BitsImages reserves the right to use the approved ProductType in any way deemed appropriate, including but not limited to website display, promotional materials, marketing campaigns, and social media posts.

5. You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the uploaded ProductType, or you possess the necessary permissions, licenses, or rights to upload and grant usage rights to BitsImages.

6. You agree that the uploaded ProductType does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of any third party. You will be held solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from copyright infringement or unauthorized use.

7. BitsImages may modify, resize, or make minor edits to the approved ProductType as necessary for the proper functioning and display of the website.

8. You understand that not all uploaded ProductType will be approved, and BitsImages reserves the right to reject any image that does not meet the quality standards or violates any terms and conditions.

9. BitsImages will make the best efforts to review and approve uploaded ProductType in a timely manner, but there is no guarantee of immediate or continuous approval.

10. The minimum withdrawal amount is $25 (Rs.5000).

11. Commissions increase as you reach higher levels; refer to the levels section for details.

12. BitsImages reserves the right to remove anyone who uploads harmful or inappropriate data.

13. The minimum daily upload limit is 25 products.

14. BitsImages reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review and comply with the latest terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions of BitsCinema

BitsCinema is an exciting section within BitsImages that offers contributors the opportunity to share their video creations across various categories, giving you the chance to showcase your creativity while earning. It's a platform where your video content finds a home, providing you with the means to monetize your artistic talent and engage with a wide audience. BitsCinema embraces a range of video types, excluding offensive and harmful content, making it a versatile space for contributors to unleash their video-making skills.

1.     For each video uploaded to BitsCinema, you'll earn 50 Pakistani Rupees.

2.     BitsImages reserves the right to convert videos to exclusive/paid content at its discretion.

3.     The content featured on BitsCinema cannot be downloaded or used elsewhere.

4.     BitsCinema and BitsImages videos serve different purposes. BitsImages hosts stock videos for sale, while BitsCinema welcomes a variety of video types, excluding offensive and harmful content.

5.     We encourage purposeful and meaningful videos on BitsCinema; random content without a clear purpose may not be accepted.

6.     BitsImages has the authority to remove BitsCinema videos containing harmful or absurd data.

7.     Copyrighted videos are not acceptable; contributors must ensure they have the necessary rights to upload the content.

8. Videos uploaded on BitsCinema are the exclusive property of BitsImages and may not be uploaded or used on any other platform or website.

BitsImages Levels

At BitsImages, we value and appreciate the dedication and hard work of our contributors. To acknowledge your exceptional contributions and provide more rewarding opportunities, we've introduced an exciting Levels system. As you progress through these levels, your earnings per image approval will increase. Let's delve into the details:

Level 1:

·        Every contributor starts at Level 1 by default.

·        Your status as a Level 1 contributor remains until you have 1000 products approved on BitsImages.

·        At this level, you'll receive 10 Pakistani Rupees for each approved product, making it a great starting point for your journey with us.

Level 2:

·        Once you've achieved 1001 to 2500 approved products, you'll progress to Level 2.

·     At Level 2, your earnings get an exciting boost as you receive 25% more than the standard 10 Pakistani Rupees for each product approval.

Level 3:

·        As you continue to impress and reach 2501 to 5000 approved products, you'll ascend to Level 3.

·        At Level 3, you'll enjoy a remarkable 50% increase in earnings per product approval.

Level 4

·        For contributors who go above and beyond and have 5001 to 10,000 products approved, Level 4 awaits.

·     Here, you'll receive a generous 75% more than the standard 10 PKR for each approved product, recognizing your outstanding commitment.

Level 5:

·        The pinnacle of achievement at BitsImages is Level 5, attained when you reach 10,001 to 25000 product and above approvals.

·    At this prestigious level, you'll earn an impressive 100% more than the standard 10 PKR for each image approval, making your contributions highly rewarding.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BitsImages, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional guidelines, rules, or policies provided by BitsImages. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the Website.

Intellectual Property Rights

All images, videos, and other content provided on BitsImages are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The ownership of these materials remains with the respective copyright holders. You may use the images and videos only for lawful purposes and within the scope of the licenses granted by BitsImages.

License and Usage

3.1. BitsImages grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the stock images and videos available on the website, subject to these Terms.

3.2. The license allows you to use the images and videos for personal, commercial, or educational purposes, such as advertising, design, web development, presentations, and other projects.

3.3. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the images and videos in their original form or as part of any other product without explicit permission from BitsImages or the respective copyright holders.
